MANDATE FLOW
Activity does not replace measurable progress.
Each mandate moves through four stages. Continuation depends on the quality of the previous stage’s output.
Mandate intake and definition
Requirement or offer, product, specification, quantity, market, timing, constraints, payment model and ARKANDO’s expected role are recorded.
Output
A written brief, information gaps and initial success criteria.
Assessment and qualification
Fit with our capabilities, information quality, preliminary economics, risk, available parties and legal considerations are tested.
Output
Limited acceptance, information request, scope revision or stop.
Party and proposal development
Suitable sources, buyers or partners are identified and screened. Proposals are collected on a common basis and technical and commercial differences clarified.
Output
Shortlist, comparable proposals and negotiation options.
Structuring, negotiation and coordination
Key terms, responsibilities, documents, fees and actions are recorded. The mandate reaches execution, revision or a professional stop.
Output
A clear decision and next action with owner and timing.
Conditions to begin
- The requester’s identity and role can be reviewed.
- The product or requirement is sufficiently definable.
- ARKANDO’s expected role and engagement model are negotiable.
- The request does not depend on false disclosure, unverifiable documents or deliberately opaque payment routes.
