When a form is submitted, we may receive your name, company, contact details, country, mandate type, product and description. Do not submit sensitive technical or commercial information before an appropriate confidentiality arrangement.
Purpose
Information is used to respond, assess fit, maintain a communication record and, where agreed, prepare a commercial engagement. Contact data is not sold or rented for bulk marketing.
Disclosure
Counterparty or mandate information is not disclosed without commercial necessity and appropriate permission. If legal, technical or execution specialists are required, only information relevant to their role is shared.
Security and retention
Reasonable access and retention controls are applied, but no internet transmission method is entirely risk-free. Information is retained only as long as required for the commercial purpose or legal obligation.
Correction or deletion
Use the contact page to request correction or deletion of information the company is not required to retain.
